Excellent quality White Sage (Salvia Apiana) clusters in a seal top bag for multiple use.
I prefer loose sage for smudging. You can light a fresh cluster or a single leaf for each use.
Smudging is a ritual cleansing practiced in many cultures. Various medicine plants such as sage, cedar, lavender, frankincense are burned to create a fragrant cleansing smoke or smudge. We smudge ourselves to clear negative emotions, thoughts and feelings and smudge places to clear negative energies. As the smoke rises, our prayers rise to the Spirit World and to the Creator.
This lovely White Sage – Salvia Apiana – is a powerful cleansing herb with a beautiful fragrance. Use your hands or a feather to direct the smoke.
Please make sure you extinguish it fully after use in a suitable shell or fireproof bowl.
