A FEW WORDS ABOUT CRYSTAL SALES AND THE TEAM:
I’ve been helping crystals to find their new homes for a long time. It was never my intention to do this, but people came for healing, then students came too, and they all wanted my crystals, and so it began. Nowadays Sue Weaver Crystals is much more than just me! I have fantastic support from a small group of crystal loving women and we really enjoy working together, caring for the crystals and sending your parcels to you.
Almost every crystal is still individually chosen by me, and though I no longer handpick every single tumblestone (lots I do!), I still choose them very carefully to maintain the excellent quality that I am known for. Crystals arrive at my Crystal Barn, are unwrapped with care, cleansed with love and then they live in the beautiful energy of the barn until they begin their journey to you.
Many times I have been encouraged to stock items because they are popular, but I am not the world’s best saleswoman - possibly the very worst! - and I couldn’t sell anything that I would not love to have myself.
We also sell some healing related items, including my own bespoke Aura Mists, smudging herbs, shells, feathers, incense. These are all things I use myself and am happy to recommend and sell.
My intention is always:
- to supply excellent quality crystals and stones for beginners, collectors, therapists and healers, each and every one hand picked for you, at a fair price, along with good information based on my 30+ years of working with crystals.
- to create a gentle, slow shopping experience, in person or online, with every purchase infused with the love and healing that has grown in the very special space that is my crystal barn at my precious hearth and home.

ABOUT POSTING/SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We are a small business run by women working part time plus volunteers and my Crystal Barn isn't near a post office, so we don't post every day. Depending on when your order drops in, it might leave within the hour or it might take longer.
We now send everything Tracked 48. If we get a bit behind, we upgrade your parcel to Tracked 24 at our cost.
If you need something in a hurry, please email to check if this is possible before ordering.
At present, it’s too complicated to set fair and reasonable rates for shipping out of UK but we do supply people in many countries and are happy to do so. All you have to do is send an email, with your postal address, telling us what you’d like. We can then weigh and measure, get an estimate for costs and let you know.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY WITHIN UK
We send most items via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Heavier parcels are sent by courier.
Everything is sent in perfect condition, very lovingly and safely packed.
DELIVERY TIME
48 hours is the time from the point when we hand it over to Royal Mail. It is not an indication that you will receive your parcel within 48hrs from the time of placing your order.
Please note that we are a small business and do not send orders every day. If yours is an urgent order, you must email to check possible delivery times before ordering.
COLLECTION FROM CRYSTAL BARN
You can still arrange collection from the gate. Email before purchase if you would like to arrange collection.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE UK
Please email for a shipping quote.
Please note:
Shipping costs cover postage and packing. It is more cost effective for you to have one packing charge rather than this being added to the price of every item.

PROBLEMS
We are only human and occasionally mistakes happen. If we make a mistake please email immediately and we’ll do our very best to make it right. Fortunately, this is a very, very rare occurrence!
If ever there are breakages (thankfully it’s only happened twice!) email with photographs and we’ll replace, if possible, or refund immediately.
RETURNS
You have the legal right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery and within seven working days after the day of receiving your goods. Should you decide to request a refund please notify us immediately by email. After seven working days the sale is considered closed and we will not make a refund. We do not refund any of our postage and packaging costs.
In the event of you cancelling your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition (that is unopened and unused).
PRIVACY POLICY
Sue Weaver Crystals respects your privacy. Your personal information will never be sold, nor passed on to any other organisation.
When you subscribe to my mailing list, you will receive occasional news and offers. I will never bombard you with endless promotions! I hate that myself and prefer to treat others as I would like to be treated myself.
When you make a purchase, personal information including name, address and email address is collected to process your order, arrange delivery and provide ongoing customer support. This is stored securely for a reasonable length of time, after which all information will be erased. You may ask for this to be deleted at any time. Should you wish to access, correct or amend any personal information, please email crystals@heavenandearthcommunity.
When payments are made by bank transfer, I have no access to customer payment details.
When payments are made by Paypal, all information is securely stored within our Heaven & Earth Community Ltd Paypal account.
When you view this website, you may receive an invitation to subscribe to receive news and occasional offers from Heaven & Earth Community Ltd, of which Sue Weaver Crystals is a part. If you wish to accept this invitation, you are able to unsubscribe at any time.
