They are a great, inexpensive way to get to know crystals and to start building your collection. They are also perfect tools for healing and gridmaking.

Calcite is a common mineral, found in many environments worldwide. Calcite is the main mineral that makes stalagmites and stalactites. It is found in a wonderful range of colours including orange, green, blue, aqua, honey, rosey red and occasionally black.
It is a soft mineral which can easily be scratched so it needs care.
I find that Calcite is quick and very deep acting, yet it manages appear slow and gentle! All Calcites are cleansing, clearing, transformative, with the different colours focussing on different areas.
