We’re going to be teaching Crystal Healing in the Scilly Isles!

This one day workshop is the perfect introduction to crystals, crystal healing, understanding energy and energy healing.

It is suitable for all crystal lovers, including
- people who love crystals but don't know where to start
- those who have a little experience of crystals but want to learn more from an experienced teacher
- those who have a crystal collection and have read lots but are confused by conflicting information and would like more clarity
- therapists in other disciplines

It will be a very practical hands-on day, with the opportunity to see, hold and explore lots of crystals.

This workshop will give you:

- A basic understanding of what is a crystal and what isn’t and how they are formed within the earth
- A basic understanding that everything is energy, including you, and a few tools to balance your energy
- The opportunity to explore your energy and that of others with a focus on the human energy field/aura and a bit about the chakra system
- The opportunity to explore the energy of a selection of crystals
- Information on how you can choose, cleanse and care for your crystals
- Information on how you can begin to bring crystals into your life, including your home, garden and workplace, for increased wellbeing, healing and balance
- A couple of crystal healing ‘techniques’ for yourself and to share with friends and family

There will be enough of crystals for everyone to use. You can purchase crystals at lunchtime or the end of the day, but there is no expectation that you will do so. Sadly, we will be unable to bring many on the ferry!
