Hazelwood has been used by First Nations people from what is now the Quebec area of North America to relieve the pain of teething in babies. It is also used to neutralise acid within the body and to treat eczema and other skin problems such as dermatitis and nappy rash, various digestive system problems and headaches.

We are currently experimenting to see how it helps my daughter’s eczema! She is wearing the Hazelwood and Butter Amber bracelet in the photograph.
