Hematite Chunky Palmstones *
Palm Stones are stones and crystals that have been rounded to a flat oval shape and polished to be smooth and tactile. They are perfect to hold in the hand and/or lay on the body during a healing treatment. These palmstones are thicker than usual, measuring approximately 70 x 50 x 2mm.
These palmstones are our 'standard stock' and we usually have several available. They are handpicked and all pass Sue's quality test, but since they are natural stones there will be some variation in appearance. You may not receive the item in the photograph.
Hematite is iron ore and often comes in a greyish metallic mass that looks like solid bubbles and leaves a red dust (rust!) residue. You are most likely to come across it as a silver, polished stone.
It is the most effective energy that I know for grounding, and can also be used for protection. It is an excellent help for the effects of shock, following accidents and operations, and can help to stabilise in times of extreme stress. Hematite can give strength and support in challenging situations.
I wear Hematite anklets when flying to help with Jet Lag.
