Polychrome Jasper is a beautiful stone from Madagascar. Polychrome means painted in many colours and perfectly describes the swirls cream, ochre, rust, brown, many shades of grey and occasionally blue. It is also known as Desert Jasper or Savannah Jasper.

It polishes to an incredibly smooth finish that is very sensuously tactile.

Like all agates and jaspers, polychrome is slow acting over a long period of time. It is grounding and stable and really helps us to remember that we are made of, and not separate from, Earth. It is also quite activating, creative and energising.
