Jet is gently grounding, purifying and very protective. It has long been used to help with grief and can also help with other overwhelming emotions. If people are very sensitive to emotion, it can assist with the feeling of overwhelm.

I love Jet and find it very soothing and comforting. It blends well with Amber.
