Tumblestones or tumbled stones have been tumbled with grit in a large tumbling machine to create a polished surface that is pleasant to hold and is also good for reflecting the colour of the stone. They are a great, inexpensive way to get to know crystals and to start building your collection. They are also perfect tools for healing and gridmaking.
These tumblestones are our 'standard stock' and we usually have many available. They all pass Sue's quality test, but since they are natural stones there will be some variation in appearance. You may not receive the item in the photograph.
Beautiful Luna Rose
I only met Luna Rose recently and I absolutely love it. It is an unusual and rare form of Rose Quartz from Namibia that has areas of grey which are thought to be created by the presence of graphite.
The majority of the pieces I saw had a lot of soft pink. Some were totally pink with no grey. I was more interested in the grey pieces since I wanted to explore this new energy, so I chose pieces with a lot of grey - and sometimes only grey.
What I have found is that these stones have a really lovely, soft, reassuring energy. Like Rose Quartz, they hold the energy of love and are calming and gentle. How they differ is that they feel more calming with a deeply reassuring quality. In a way I might expect this, but what I didn't expect is that they also have a high, spiritual, slightly mystical quality.
