Dumortierite is a lovely deep blue. It is one of the lesser known stones and, to me, it's gifts are often overlooked. It has a calming, stable, comforting, grounded energy and is my personal favourite to bring a good night’s sleep – both falling asleep and staying asleep.
It encourages self-belief, helping to bring confidence in trusting one’s own perceptions and viewpoints, and this in turn releases stress and confusion.

Amethyst calms the mind and reminds us that we are more than physical beings; Quartz clears confusion and brings clarity; Aquamarine calms fear and anxiety, releases stuck emotion and helps us to go with the flow. This crystal combination is calming and peaceful, and the addition of the small feather brings the energy of a gentle breeze to clear a busy, confused or overwhelmed mind.

Mother of Pearl is feminine, gentle and calming.
