Picasso 'Jasper' Thumbstone *
Thumbstones are polished crystals measuring approximately 4cm x 3cm. They have an indentation that is perfect for rubbing with your thumb.
These thumbstones are our 'standard stock' and we usually have several available. They are handpicked and all pass Sue's quality test, but since they are natural stones there will be some variation in appearance. You may not receive the item in the photograph.
Picasso ‘Jasper’, or Picasso Stone, is actually a type of marble or metamorphic limestone. It has lined patterns in a mix of of black, brown, tan, cream, yellow, and shades of grey that have been considered to resemble the patterns of some of his work. For this reason it is often considered to be a stone for creativity and artists.
Personally I find Picasso Stone to be pleasantly grounding without heaviness. It calms and settles a busy mind, enabling thoughts to be organised. From this place, selected ideas can be brought into manifestation with focus and determination.
