Beautiful rich purple Sugilite is almost impossible to obtain nowadays. Sugilite occurs with Black Manganese and Black Sugilite is the name given to Black Manganese and with hints of purple Sugilite.
In spite of this playing with words, I really like these stones. They have a lovely deep, smooth, velvety feel.
I would use when someone is exhausted, to find deep rest and healing.
